Although deliberate wrongdoing is found to be the cause of some personal injuries, most of the time monetary recovery in a personal injury suit results from a finding that one or more involved parties has acted negligently. In order to be held liable for negligence, someone must owe a duty of care to another and must take action—or fail to take reasonable action— that results in an injury. A classic example is a store owner failing to clean up liquid spilled in the aisle, causing a customer to slip and sustain injuries.
When you work with an Omaha personal injury lawyer at Inkelaar Law, you can rest assured that every possible step will be taken to help you recover all the damages to which you are entitled. While you heal and recover, let an experienced legal team take the lead on establishing liability and fighting for compensation.
